Cutting tool configuration

Plane atomizer: Clean the surfaces of the workpiece by rotating 360°.
All-purpose nozzle: The socket can be cleaned, the positioning accuracy is high, and the deburring effect is good.
Downward nozzle: Clean the blind holes of workpiece.
Deep hole nozzle: Mainly for deep holes of workpieces, the inner wall of the rotating jack is cleaned.

Turntable

On the basis of conventional X, Y and Z axes, pretend A and C axes to form multi-axis motion, in an effort to clean all parts of the product without blind angles.
It has excellent cleaning and deburring effects to the complex products with blind holes, deep holes, inclined holes and cross holes.

Cleaning Room and spindle features

The spindle is assembled by the imported materials from Japan, with the technology up to the international advanced level.
The rotary joint can withstand up to 700kg water pressure.
With a monolithic structure, the spindle center is durable and can effectively reduce the equipment failure rate.
With the FANUC Oimate-MF system, it is stable and easy to operate.
The high pressure pump adopts German WOMA brand, equipped with a temperature control system, to effectively guarantee the service life of high pressure pump.
