Surge cleaning & low pressure spray
The robot grabs the workpiece to the surge pool and performs low-pressure spray cleaning and surge cleaning on the surface of the workpiece, which can quickly remove the large residual metal particles in the workpiece. After the cleaning, it opens the electromagnetic valve to quickly discharge liquid for circulating filtration.
High pressure positioning cleaning
The workpiece is grabbed and moved to the fixed high-pressure nozzle to make the high pressure (deburring) cleaning to the important hole site. The cleaning pressure is up to 50MPa.
Anti-rust rinsing
After the cleaning, the workpiece is grabbed to the rinse tank for shaking rinsing and rust protection to the workpiece when required.
Vacuum drying & cooling
After the cleaning, the workpiece is grabbed to the rinse tank for shaking rinsing and rust protection to the workpiece when required.
Compressed air purge & air knife purge
After the purge, the workpiece enters automatically into the vacuum drying chamber through the roller, and the workpiece is quickly dried at a lower temperature with negative pressure. The dried workpiece is quickly cooled to room temperature with a fan, so that the air tightness testing and packaging can be carried out.
